Return & Refund Policy

At The Melting Paradise, each product is carefully handcrafted and inspected before shipping. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Scent preference
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Products that have been used or partially used
  • Seasonal or limited-edition items

All sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at themeltingparadise@gmail.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Melting Paradise is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Heat-Related Issues

During warmer months, wax products may soften or melt during transit. While appearance may be affected, product performance is typically not impacted.

Please bring packages indoors as soon as possible after delivery.

Refunds or replacements for heat-related melting are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
